Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a $10 Flat Rate for all domestic shipping within the U.S.

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Production Time: Because our items are custom-made just for you, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your merch is on the move.

Address Policy: Please double-check your address. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final: Every item in the shop is custom-printed upon order. For this reason, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or change of mind.

Size Charts: To ensure a perfect fit, please consult the size chart located in the last photo of the image gallery on every product page before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will make it right.

How to Claim: Email shop@drjjkelly.com within 10 days of delivery. You must include:

Your Order Number.

A clear photo of the damaged item.

A photo of the shipping label.
• Resolution: Verified errors will be replaced with a fresh print at no cost to you. We do not offer cash refunds.
